What do I get out of it?

You will taste 3-5 wines every week to enhance your ability to pair food with wine, build your blind tasting skills and get an in depth understanding of the major international grape varieties:

Class 2: Syrah & Grenache (Rhone Valley & South Australia)

Class 3: Chardonnay & Sauvignon Blanc

Class 4: Advanced Wine & Food Pairing + Dessert & Fortified Wines

Prerequisites & Requirements

Never taken a course? No problem! While some prior wine experience would be helpful (especially our Wine Tasting 101 and Intro to Wine & Food Pairing), it is also not required.

Wine, glasses, and even study guide will be provided. But the World Atlas of Wine by Johnson & Robinson is an extremely helpful reference book in the world of wine. Wine Folly, the Essential Guide to Wine is also a helpful reference. You can also check-out these books at our library.
