How can I earn points?

You can earn My Cellar Rewards points on every purchase made, online and in store. We also give our customers other ways to earn, such as social media actions and referring friends.
How can I spend my points?

It’s very simple and straightforward. Points are instantly redeemable through the checkout in amounts between JD 5 and JD 50. Every 250 points is equivalent to 5 JD discount. Simply apply your rewards on the final page of the checkout before confirming your order. If you are buying in store, just let us know that you'd like to redeem your points.
What is my cellar rewards?

My Cellar Rewards exists because you expect more from your wine & spirits purchases. To not only access Jordan's best collection and unrivalled personalised service, but also be rewarded for building your cellar. There are three tiers as part of My Cellar Rewards program. The Collector & The Connoisseur provide increased earn rates on points and enhanced member benefits. 
Do my points expire?

Points are valid for 12 months on a rolling basis — as long as you stay active, earning or redeeming, your points keep rolling forward and won't expire. And we'll always give you a heads-up before any do: a friendly reminder 30 days before, and a final alert 2 days before, so you never lose points by surprise.
How does the referral program work?

Share your referral link with friends, and everyone wins. When a friend joins and makes their first purchase, they get 10 JD off their order — and you get 10 JD off yours as a thank-you. There's no limit, so the more friends you refer, the more you save. Just copy your link from the Refer a Friend page, share it, and your reward lands once they complete a qualifying purchase.
