Tasting Notes

This 18.21 Limited Edition Whiskey Soaked Cherry Shrub is made with white balsamic vinegar and cherries that have soaked in high proof whiskey to make our Tart Cherry+Saffron Bitters. It’s slightly sweet and a little tart. This shrub pairs well with all spirits, but especially well with whiskey.
