Description
Single malt Irish whiskey is made from 100% malted barley and produced at West Cork Distillers. It is distilled in pot stills and aged in oak barrels for a minimum of three years, resulting in a smooth, rich flavor. This Single Malt Irish Whiskey is patiently matured in first fill Bourbon casks & finished in Bodegas Baron sherry casks. Non chill filtered and no added color.

Tasting Notes


Sweet at the beginning but then finishes dry with some spiciness present. On the nose, it is full of dried prunes, fig, sherry and vanilla notes.
