Mars Iwai Tradition Japanese Blended Whisky

Produced at Mars Shinshu Distillery, the highest distillery at 798 meters (2,618 ft) above sea level and is situated between the north and south Japanese alps.

Iwai Tradition is a malt-based spirit that is a true reflection of contemporary Japanese Whisky. Iwai Tradition is an incredibly balanced whisky, with a soft mouthfeel and layers of flavor.  The whisky is aged in a series of sherry, bourbon and wine casks, and has delicate hints of light peat.
