Welcome to our sparkling wine class! We will explore the bubbly side of life as we dive into the world of sparkling wines. From Champagne to Prosecco, we'll take you on a fizzy journey across the globe to discover the magic behind these delightful drinks.

Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or just want to add some sparkle to your day, this course will cover how sparkling wines get their bubbles, and how different bubbly drinks from Champagne to Cava are alike but yet have a wide range of flavor profiles.

Class Place and Time

All classes start at 7 pm at the Dara Tasting Room and run between 1.5 and 2 hours.
