    Description

We are Jordan’s first bean-to-bar & micro-batch chocolate makers, based in Amman. At our workspace, we roast, crack, sort, winnow, grind, & temper small batches of beans. Each bar is then molded & packaged by hand.

We only source high quality, ethically sourced, direct trade & where possible organic cacao beans that ensure better prices for farmers, better cacao beans for us & ultimately better chocolate for you.

We currently source organic (where possible) cacao from a supply chain company that is a responsible intermediary that provides cacao farmers sustainable prices & access to the market.

We choose to work with cacao producers that value the environment & work to maintain the biodiversity of their land while keeping their workers healthy & safe.

The transformation of white chocolate into blonde chocolate is achieved through a controlled heating & caramelization of the milk. The gradual application of heat brings out caramel-like flavor profiles, while also giving the chocolate a golden blonde shade rather than it’s original pale white.

Complex & golden instead of just plain sweet!
