Description

Crafted from organically grown grapes, each variety is vinified separately. Gentle maceration at low temperatures preserves aroma, followed by fermentation at 16–18ºC. Base wines with high acidity and low pH are aged in cellars 30 meters underground at a constant 14ºC for second fermentation and extended aging.

Ruby-pink with vivid hues and fine bubbles. Aromas of strawberries, cherries, red liquorice, and a creamy touch. The palate is fresh and silky, with a subtle sweetness, balanced acidity, and a persistent red fruit finish.

Serve at 6–8ºC.
Pair with: tuna tartare, smoked salmon, or berry cheesecake.

    • We offer store credit within 7 days of purchase, with the original receipt or proof of payment for unopened, undamaged products in the original packaging. Please note that we won’t be able to proceed without the original product being returned.
    • Faulty wines that have been opened must be returned within 2 days of opening, at which time we will offer you a replacement bottle of the same wine.
