    Álvaro Palacios is one of the most revered names in modern Spanish winemaking. After honing his craft at Château Pétrus in Bordeaux, he brought that experience—and ambition—to Priorat, a rugged, then-forgotten region. Betting on the region’s old vines and llicorella (slate) soils, Palacios helped lead Priorat’s renaissance, placing it alongside Spain’s most iconic wine regions.

    • Nose: A deep, brooding core of blackberry, blueberry coulis, and black cherry, seamlessly laced with vanilla pod, lavender, and a suggestion of graphite from Priorat’s llicorella soils.

    • Palate: Dense yet lifted—molten, ripe fruit flows across the palate, supported by super-fine tannins and striking freshness. 

    • Finish: Long, structured, and powerfully elegant, with enduring echoes of dark fruit and wild herbs. A wine of stature and poise, reflecting both place and vision.

    • We offer store credit within 7 days of purchase, with the original receipt or proof of payment for unopened, undamaged products in the original packaging. Please note that we won’t be able to proceed without the original product being returned.
    • Faulty wines that have been opened must be returned within 2 days of opening, at which time we will offer you a replacement bottle of the same wine.
    • We do not offer refunds.
