The wine shows pale salmon pink hues. On the nose, the aromas are relatively subtle, with notes of redcurrant, red fruits and herbs. The palate is delicate, offering roundness as well as beautiful acidity. This Sempar Rosé conveys both the heat of the Alentejo and the freshness of the mountains!

Serve with smoked salmon salad, sushi, curry, or simply as a cocktail wine!
