In the mouth it shows incredible complexity, highlighting the aromas that only appear in wines that age for a long time in oak. The tannins are seductive, with a lot of strength, but perfectly balanced, with great structure, which only old vines can transmit. To drink at a calm moment, with time the wine develops, releasing aromas and showing an unparalleled complexity. Decanting is almost mandatory. Distinctly mineral and very deep, it shows that the long aging in barrels gave it great maturity but, above all, precision.

Intense aromas of coffee and a cigar box together with those of dark and red fruits, from the slate soil we have a spice and balsamic character. The palate has great amplitude with the presence of mineral earthy notes; long and vivid the wine imposes itself on tasting by its freshness and youth rather than by the weight of its structure which exhibits very polished tannins.
