Nc'nean 5 Year Old TBWC Single Malt Whisky

Cask strength organic single malt from Nc'nean here, distilled using 100% renewable energy, and independently bottled by That Boutique-y Whisky Company for its Cinema Series. The whisky matured for five years in a shaved, toasted, and re-charred red wine cask before it was bottled at a robust 60.1% ABV.

Tasting Notes

Nose Juicy stone fruits open the way, joined by crisp apples and banana loaf, with floral honey and soft, biscuity spice.

Palate Sweet notes of peach and nectarine, creamy custard, and vanilla lead to light, zesty barley, and anise.

Finish A sweet, fruity finish with notes of Wine Gums and a hint of liquorice.
