Moutard Larché Single Malt Whisky

MOUTARD Larché Single Cask is a French whiskey fermented and distilled by the Moutard family in Champagne. This whiskey was made from a malt brew from the Larché brewery in Sens. The distillery uses Champagne fermentation for 3 to 5 days on grape yeast, re-distillation to preserve only the heart of the toast, and exclusive aging in ratafia barrels. This whiskey has aged for 3 years in ex-Ratafia Champagne barrels. This is a single cask. This whiskey is perfect as an aperitif but also as a digestive accompanied by chocolate.
