Langatun - Batch 2 - 6 Year Old TBWC

Here we have the second batch of Swiss single malt whisky from the Langatun Distillery independently bottled by That Boutique-y Whisky Company! It's a six-year-old expression and features a label that shows the path plotted by... Something... It starts off in America, then heads to Spain, then Switzerland, and finally England. 

Batch 2 is a release of 659 bottles.

‘That Boutique-y Whisky Company’ bottles single malts, single grains, and bourbons from a variety of renowned distilleries as well as producing award-winning blended malts and blends. These whiskies are adorned with cultish graphic novel-style labels.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Oily nuts, namely walnuts and salted dark chocolate, with dusty oak, buttery caramel and chilli spice.

Palate: Continued notes from the nose, with toasted nuts, toffee and sweet malty cereal notes, with an orchard fruit freshness appearing.

Finish: Melted dark chocolate lingers balanced by floral malt.
