A Darkness indie bottling of Benrinnes single malt Scotch whisky, matured for 14 years and given a finish in specially-coopered Pedro Ximénez octave casks. Much smaller than your standard-sized cask, octaves allow for more interaction between the wood and whisky, making for a marvellous flavour profile packed full of sherried excellence.

Nose: Raspberry jam, very subtly meaty at points, with mocha in tow.

Palate: Chocolate buttons, roasted nuts, and lingering cinnamon.

Finish: Lasting sherried richness on the finish.
