Description
Situated in the Haut-Médoc, Château Citran is one of the region's oldest estates, with a history dating back to the 13th century. The estate combines traditional Bordeaux varieties with modern vineyard practices to produce wines that are elegant, approachable, and expressive of the Left Bank's gravelly terroir.
The celebrated 2015 vintage gains additional longevity in Magnum, showcasing the estate's elegant Haut-Médoc style with exceptional balance and freshness.
Tasting Notes
Appearance: Deep garnet.
Aroma: Blackcurrant, cedar, tobacco.
Palate: Cassis, plum, silky tannins.
Finish: Long and savoury.
