Domaines Ott has existed since 1896, when Marcel Ott replanted all his land with Provençal grape varieties in order to perpetuate the tradition. Several centuries earlier, these lands were already cultivated and then decimated by phylloxera. Domaines Ott is managed by the family since Christian and Jean-François, two cousins, are jointly in charge since 2009. There are 3 domains: Château de Selle produces the three colors in Taradeau and Clos Mireille produces rosé and the famous Blanc de Blancs in La Londe in Côtes de Provence appellation. Finally, Château Romassan produces red and rosé wines in Bandol, in the appellation of the same name as the commune. However, we find the Cœur de Grain Rosé, emblematic of the company, produced in the three wine estates. These wines represent the terroir spirit of Domaine Ott, which no longer uses chemicals or treatments in its vineyards in order to respect the life of the plant and the soil.
