Description

Crafted from hand-harvested grapes grown on terraced vineyards in Éntoma, this wine reflects the unique character of its slate and clay soils. Following a cold maceration and fermentation with indigenous yeasts, it undergoes a gentle aging process of three months on fine lees in stainless steel, enhancing both texture and complexity.

Tasting Notes
Brilliant intense yellow with greenish highlights. The nose is expressive and varietal, offering ripe white fruit aromas alongside herbal notes of scrubland and a pronounced mineral character. On the palate, it is full-bodied yet fresh, with a silky texture and excellent balance. Elegant and persistent, delivering a clean, pleasant finish.

Food Pairing
A perfect companion to seafood, grilled or sauced fish, and rice dishes.

    • Faulty wines that have been opened must be returned within 2 days of opening, at which time we will offer you a replacement bottle of the same wine.
    • We do not offer refunds.
