    Description

    Finca Vallejo is made from carefully selected Verdejo grapes sourced from vineyards in Rueda, La Seca, and Alaejos. Harvested at night to preserve freshness, the grapes undergo gentle pressing to avoid unwanted extraction. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, with the aim of preserving the variety’s vibrant primary aromas.

    Tasting Notes
    Pale yellow-green in color. On the nose, it shows good aromatic intensity, with notes of mango, peach, and grapefruit layered over subtle herbaceous and spicy nuances. The palate is smooth and enveloping, with an elegant mid-palate and a beautifully balanced finish between acidity and Verdejo’s signature bitterness. The aftertaste is long and fruity.

    Ideal with white meats, fish, seafood, pâtés, or simply as a refreshing aperitif.

    • We offer store credit within 7 days of purchase, with the original receipt or proof of payment for unopened, undamaged products in the original packaging. Please note that we won’t be able to proceed without the original product being returned.
    • Faulty wines that have been opened must be returned within 2 days of opening, at which time we will offer you a replacement bottle of the same wine.
    • We do not offer refunds.
