From the lesser-known Bouzeron appellation, this Aligoté-based wine from André Goichot is crisp and refreshing. 

Tasting Notes

Pale gold color with a lovely aroma of white flowers, mineral depth in addition to lemon for a classic bouquet. On the palate, it has a great structured body fresh and yet full with is typical of the Bouzeron appellation and the Aligote grape variety.

Food Pairing  

Its roundness enhances veal and poultry in white or creamy sauce as well as mushroom risottos. Our Bouzeron will enhance your aperitifs in addition to cheese such goat, Beaufort, Comté and Cîteaux.
