Tasting Notes

Mahogany in color. On the nose, a clean and faultless old school sherry profile of the finest kind. The palate is truly multi-layered, a fine balance of malt-driven and sherry-induced flavours without any flaw. The finish is long and adds even more delicate chocolatey flavours.
