This special edition Codigo is bottled at still strength from estate-harvested agave. Codigo 1530 Blanco Still Strength Estate Harvest is a rare expression of what tequila can be when nothing is held back and nothing is added. Wine barrel fermentation in small batches sets this Jalisco blanco apart from anything produced by conventional means.
Aroma: Notes of cherry blossom, maple, vanilla
Palate: soft on the palate thanks to the unique barrel-fermentation process in barrels previously used for Napa Cabernet.
Finish: The finish is fresh and balanced, with buttery notes of nutty pumpkin seed, clove, and rosemary mint.
Zero additives, sugars, flavors, colors, or chemicals from field to bottle.
