A distinctive organic gin that combines classic juniper character with the influence of oak ageing. Made from organic winter wheat and organic juniper, it develops rich aromas of vanilla, toasted oak, cinnamon and lemon alongside earthy juniper. The palate is intense yet smooth, with a subtle Cognac-like sweetness from the barrel and a lingering combination of vanilla, citrus and spice.

In the event you would like to return a product -

  • We offer store credit within 7 days of purchase, with the original receipt or proof of payment for unopened, undamaged products in the original packaging. Please note that we won’t be able to proceed without the original product being returned.
  • Faulty wines that have been opened must be returned within 2 days of opening, at which time we will offer you a replacement bottle of the same wine.
  • We do not offer refunds.
