The Glenfarclas THE FAMILY CASKS Single Cask SUMMER 2024 from the Refill Hogshead #3762 with 54.7% vol. in a 0.7-liter bottle and elegant wooden crate is an exceptionally rare single cask bottling from the renowned Speyside. Distilled in 2001 and bottled on 31.07.2024, this edition is one of the oldest bottlings in the Summer 2024 series. Produced by the traditional Glenfarclas Distillery, this whisky exemplifies decades of cask expertise, continuity, and uncompromising quality. As a single cask and cask strength whisky, this bottling was bottled unfiltered and without colorant directly from the cask. The limited edition of just 194 bottles underlines its highly exclusive character.

 

Color: Deep gold, with warm amber reflections.

Nose: Elegant, ripe, with dried fruit, fine spice and nutty notes.

Taste: Dense and balanced, structured, with ripe fruitiness and gentle woody spice.

Finish: Very long-lasting, dry, complex and calm.
