    This Piedmontese red wine from Bruna Grimaldi winery is made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes from Vigna Regnola, one of sixty DOCG vineyards located in Serralunga d'Alba: the vineyards are south-facing, at an altitude of 450 m asl and are planted on calcareous soils, with good presence of clays and sandstone. Following the manual harvest of the bunches in early October, the wine is vinified in purity: fermentation at a controlled temperature and long macerations that require 25 to 35 days. The aging requires the stop in French oak barrels and Slavonia for 24-30 months. Then follows a long aging in bottle.

     

    It has a ruby red color, as well as a delicate and intoxicating bouquet of red berries.

    Excellent with particularly structured dishes of meat, game and stews. Serve at a temperature of 16-18C.

    • Faulty wines that have been opened must be returned within 2 days of opening, at which time we will offer you a replacement bottle of the same wine.
