Tibaldi Langhe Favorita Bianco 2021

The personal and meticulous care given to every phase of production, from the vines through to bottling has always been the core of Tibaldi Vini’s philosophy. Knowledge of oenology and traditional cellar techniques, handed down from father to daughter are combined with avant-garde technology in the winemaking and maturation processes to result in authentic wines that perfectly express the typical characteristics of the region.

This wine is made from 100% Favorita, the less known white grape in Piedmont in Northern Italy (the other being Arneis). The winemakers Monica and Daniela Tibaldi leave the wine to mature ‘sur lie’ to develop complexity and structure.

Tasting Notes

Aromatic wine with pineapple hints, fresh and positive with good depth. Favorita is a clone of Vermentino.

Food Pairing

Excellent wine to accompany dishes based on fish and white meat. Excellent with cold and warm appetizers with light sauces.
