The folks at the Cooper King Distillery have captured this passion in its Summertide Gin, made in collaboration with That Boutique-y Gin Company! Immensely bright and zesty, this stuff is the sort of thing you'll want to enjoy in a G&T out in the garden - just like Cooper King's Chris and Abby are doing on the label.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Fragrant and zesty citrus jumps straight from the glass, with a hint of creamy lemon curd supported by piney juniper, orange pith and an undertone of aromatic spice, namely cardamom.

Palate: A good hit of fragrant lime, led by more juniper and a drizzle of honey sweetness, with a gentle creamy undertone supported by more of that cardamom from the nose.

Finish: Alongside aromatic citrus, a slight prickle of peppery juniper lingers, tempered by runny honey and a burst of floral notes right at the end.
