Produced with 100 % Maximiliana Agave, this Mezcal from Jalisco presents yet another unique profile.
Above-ground cooking also adds to the distinctive profile this plant offers. Sierra Occidental de Jalisco has a lot of fruit taste notes like papaya and avocado. It has bracing acidity, which makes it a one-of-a-kind cocktail component.

Agave: Maximiliana (Lechuguilla), cultivated agave

Cooking: Adobe oven, black oak wood

Grinding: Mechanical mill

Fermentation: Wooden and plastic vat, wild yeast

Notes: Fruits like papaya and avocado. Good acidity, which makes it a great distillate for cocktails.
