Hayman’s is the last family of original gin distillers and is proud to put The Original Gin recipe in every bottle. We still make all our gin by hand, using only the finest botanicals and a traditional two-day process.

Enjoy notes of juniper, subtle exotic spice and a lively citrus finish. Crisp, complex and very refreshing.

Hayman’s London Dry makes a delicious Negroni and an incredibly smooth Martini.

Of course, it is also the perfect partner for tonic.  Simply add 35ml Hayman’s London Dry Gin to a glass with ice, and top up with tonic to let its flavours unfold.

    Dara is committed to providing you with the information needed to help you make a selection you will enjoy, but we cannot of course guarantee that you will like the taste of every bottle of wine or spirits you select. 

    In the event you would like to return a product -

    • We offer store credit within 7 days of purchase, with the original receipt or proof of payment for unopened, undamaged products in the original packaging. Please note that we won’t be able to proceed without the original product being returned.
    • Faulty wines that have been opened must be returned within 2 days of opening, at which time we will offer you a replacement bottle of the same wine.
    • We do not offer refunds.
