Hellyers Road Original Roaring Forty is a whisky Australian product in Tasmania with a wink towards the tradition of the 40s, the roaring 40s that have so much influenced the uses and customs of world culture. Today the Hellyers Road distillery is no longer a meteor but has managed to create a decent following, starting to distill in 1999 and always trying to improve internal processes and production. Hellyers Road Original Roaring Forty was born as a single malt and aged in American white oak barrels, giving life to a whisky light years away from the usual classics, managing to enclose in every single sip the nostalgia for the 40s and the sunny roughness of Tasmania, a place where today you can also find excellent whisky.
