Inspired by the beauty and charm of the Mediterranean island of Sardinia, this gin was created with great attention to detail by the experts at the Shed Distillery in Drumshanbo (Ireland). In terms of taste, the recipe of the classic Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin is complemented with pompia, a Sardinian citrus fruit. It has been growing in the wild citrus groves of Sardinia for over two centuries and is still cultivated in the backyards and orchards of the Italian island. The fresh exotic citrus aroma harmonises perfectly with the ingredients juniper berry, coriander and iris root.

Crystal clear in the glass, the gin exudes the scent of ripe lemons and aromatic juniper. The subtle notes of the rare citrus fruit are clearly at the centre of the fruity-fresh taste and give it a Mediterranean touch. The carefully selected ingredients are brought together in a unique process to create an exceptionally refined gin.
