Created at the edge of a lake in a shed in a small Irish town, the ordinary is made extraordinary. Within is the laboratory of PJ Rigney, boundary-pushing begetter of hand-made spirits who slow distills gin with natures finest oriental botanicals and gunpowder tea.

The nose on this gin is refreshingly light, and citrus-forward. There is a citrus zest note which blends with herbaceous juniper, as well as a little juniper. On the palate, this is a blast! It explodes with flavors, with citrus dominating. Grapefruit really shines through here. Mid palate the juniper and tea come through, along with a bright note from juniper. The gin finishes quieter, and slightly sweet with herbal notes. Anise, and cardamom are subtle and lead into meadowsweet - which lends a delicate honey vanilla nuance.

  • Faulty wines that have been opened must be returned within 2 days of opening, at which time we will offer you a replacement bottle of the same wine.
