This wine is made by Gramona, a powerhouse in the new high quality region of Corpinnat outside of Barcelona. It is made from 100% Organic grapes, a blend of Xarel.lo, Sauvignon Blanc and Muscat, sourced from the highest of D.O. Penedès vineyards. A fruity, natural Mediterranean-style lightly sparkling wine with fine, integrated bubbles.

Gramona is based in the village of Sant Sadurní d’Anoia in the heart of the Penedés. behind the identity of Gramona stands a long family venture, more than 125 years of their innovative project, known for superlative long-aged cavas and an extensive innovative and groundbreaking range of products including still wines of very high quality which have positioned them today among the most renowned cava houses of the region.

Tasting Notes

Pale salmon color with small CO2 Pearls presence. Fresh and youthful, floral aromas of white flowers, such as gessami, orange blossom, fruits such as pineapple, lychee and peach.
