An exceptional vintage promised a superb evolution of custody
Tasting notes
Very beautiful pale yellow color with greenish reflections. Great complexity, it opens on notes of fruits with summer perfumes (peach, apricot) and exotic (passion fruit) with floral and woody notes. The palate presents a beautiful unctuous texture, we find a lot of richness with fruity notes which keep a great freshness and a beautiful tension. A powerful wine that stretches into a persistent length and finesse with a mineral character.
Food Pairing
Domaine de Chevalier white 2018 will taste great with starters like salmon tartar or sea bream ceviche. For main courses, enjoy it with sweetbreads in cream sauce, trout in beurre blanc, or any fish-based dishes. For dessert, an orange rice pudding or a citrus sorbet.
