From their Clos du Château vineyard, this Pinot Noir embodies the elegance and complexity of Burgundy’s Côte d'Or. Château du Cray meticulously selects grapes from this enclosed vineyard to create a wine that is both structured and nuanced.

This Côte d'Or Pinot Noir displays aromas of black cherry, plum, and hints of spice. The palate is fuller-bodied than typical Burgundy Pinot Noir, with fine tannins, balanced acidity, and a long, sophisticated finish marked by notes of earth and forest floor.

Pairs beautifully with richer dishes like coq au vin, beef bourguignon, or lamb. It also complements mushroom-based dishes or aged cheeses like Gruyère or Reblochon.
