Description
The Castello di Solicchiata is produced since 1868 and It is the first Italian Bordolese blend: it is a full-bodied red wine with intense aromas, vinified in wooden tanks and aged for 48 months in barrique. It has a garnet red colour and perfumes of ripe red fruit, dried flowers and spices. In mouth it is warm and full-bodied, well-structured but also fresh and balanced.

Bright garnet red. Structured, warm, powerful, and smooth, with good freshness. Intense of ripe red fruit, sweet spices, and dried flowers, with menthol nuances.
