COQUEREL XO is one of the House's great blends. Powerful and complex, it offers a perfect balance between elegant notes of cooked apples, dried fruits and spices. A round and very long Calvados on the palate.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Candied apple
Palate: Brioche
Finale: Tatin and pastry chef

 

Old Fashioned.

  • 4 cl of Coquerel calvados XO
  • 1 dash of Angostura bitters
  • 1 sugar cube
  • Sparkling water and ice cubes

At the bottom of an Old Fashioned glass, place the cube of sugar previously soaked in a dash of Bitter Angostura. Crush it until completely dissolved. Add ice cubes and pour the Coquerel Calvados XO. Stir with a spoon for fifteen seconds. Finish with sparkling water.
