The Gratallops is a blend of Garnacha and Cariñena, with approximately 40% of full clusters used for fermentation; the resulting wine exhibits a vibrant freshness with acidic berry notes. The aroma is meticulously defined, revealing multiple layers of red berries, strawberries, blueberries, hibiscus, and mineral undertones. There’s a subtle hint of moss, stems, and white pepper as well. The wine is beautifully integrated and agile, boasting a precise, medium-bodied palate that is elegantly framed by firm yet exceptionally silky, polished tannins. The finish is refined and juicy, enhanced by subtle herbal notes, with an impressively long finish. With its longevity and freshness, this wine expected to mature gracefully over time.
