At the bar, you will a variety of crafted cocktails made with local ingredients using new techniques to deliver drinks paired with bites full of intense nostalgic flavors from across the Mediterranean.
Pair your wine with our Mediterranean dishes; from housemade pastas, wood oven pizzas, and signature dishes like the Seasonal Bounty Salad, an exciting eggplant dish imagining if Moussaka was from Gaza, and fish in vine leaves, all celebrating local ingredients and perfect for sharing.

You can enjoy the entire shop selection of superlative bottles at Dara Dining, at a fraction of the price you pay any any other restaurant. One of the many contributions of the Cirscassian community in Jordan is their famous Sharkasieh Cheese. Taymour has created a smoked version that marries beautifully with our 3 day fermented pizza dough.
