Light straw yellow in color; fine, persistent perlage, fresh and with an aromatic profile of citrus notes and light fruits that are harmoniously in harmony with the delicate toasted tones. Still youthful and grippy on the palate, yet creamy and with a present acid structure. An invigorating sparkling wine with a lot of emphasis and a dry, fine and refreshing finish. Goes very well with suckling pig, kid roasted in a wood-fired oven, cod, or, of course, as a classic aperitif.
