    In the town of Lagrasse, Château Pech-Latt is located in the heart of the Corbières appellation in Languedoc-Roussillon, ideally located between land and sea, benefiting from a dual climate and rich and diverse terroirs. Pech-Latt, in Occitan "top of a wide hill", in reference to the vast hilly expanse over which the domain extends, is located in a natural cirque surrounded by hills and scrubland.

    1991 marks the entry of the Château into organic viticulture according to its strictest principles, in a quest for quality which will never cease to animate Château Pech-Latt thereafter.

    This wine is Blend of 70% Syrah, 20% Carignan and 10% Grenache. The Syrah gives the wine nice,
    ripe, round red fruits. The Carignan adds a pleasant freshness and nice acidity. The Grenache completes this wine with notes of strawberry and silky tannins.

    Tasting Notes

    This Syrah dominant wine has an intense dark garnet color. On the nose, cherry aromas mix with vanilla and orange and a few herbaceous peppery accents. The finish is long and velvety.

    Food Pairing

    Grilled meat, and try with mashawi or shawerma.
