Description

In 1970, Enrique Forner founded Marqués de Cáceres, a historic alliance of a great region (Cenicero and La Rioja Alta). Enrique had one objective - to obtain the best wines. This obsession continues to be the leitmotiv of Cristina Forner, the third generation of this wine family.

Marqués de Cáceres’ own vineyards in Serrada and La Seca include 21ha of Sauvignon Blanc, with small yields allowing them to make a delicate and elegant wine of superb class.

Tasting Notes

A good example of how Sauvignon Blanc has adapted to Rueda, giving a wine with tropical aromas and those of stone fruit, mineral touches and a pleasant volume and creaminess in the mouth.
